Level II UTSW/MT Technician (Engineering)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Perform material examinations in accordance with procedures, codes, standards, and specifications.
• Conduct on-site inspections in industrial environments and fab shops.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training (OJT) for trainees.
• Interface with department managers and clients to determine work scope and priorities.
• Prepare written instructions and detailed reports of examination results.

Requirements

• NDT Level II UTSW and Level II MT certifications.
• Proven experience with AWS D1.1.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" (as defined by ITAR).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights (scaffolding, ladders) and in confined spaces.
