What you will do

• Perform manufacturing operations and support engineers in the set-up and development of support processes.
• Design, implement, and maintain production support processes and execute test runs.
• Assess manufacturing processes for compliance with QSRs and cGMP practices.
• Develop and release written and picture-based work instructions and equipment operating procedures (EOPs).
• Execute process validation and qualification protocols and document results.
• Assist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma techniques.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in California, USA (Fully Onsite)
• 4+ years of experience in Instrumentation, Biomedical, or Consumer Electronics industries.
• Experience working in FDA, GMP, or ISO environments.
• Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent job experience and education.
• Strong cGMP documentation skills and knowledge of QSRs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electromechanical device assembly operation.

• Lean Manufacturing experience.
