Engagement Manager (Gamedev): Leading an embedded agency solution for a premier gaming client with an accent on strategic program management, financial health, and talent leadership. Focus on optimizing gaming pipelines, managing P&L, and orchestrating multidisciplinary creative teams.

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days/week). Must be based in the Puget Sound region, WA, and authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $115,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Manage operational architecture and workflows for gaming pipelines from ideation to live ops.
• Handle financial stewardship, including P&L management, budget tracking, and forecasting.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, copywriters, and producers.
• Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate operational data into executive insights.
• Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including strategic hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account, team, and delivery management within an agency or marketing environment.
• Deep understanding of the gaming development lifecycle and marketing pipeline.
• Mastery of program management frameworks, risk mitigation, and resource leveling.
• Expert knowledge of project management software such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Must reside in a U.S. state and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
