Salary: $138,000–$190,300 USD (CA excl. SF Bay, CO, IL, NY, WA); $155,000–$213,400 USD (CA excl. SF Bay Area variant); Bay Area higher

What you will do

• Develop delivery capabilities across assigned partner portfolio and guide them through Service Delivery Partner maturity model.
• Review and validate partner go-live submissions, classify deployments by complexity, and ensure they meet hirify.global standards.
• Serve as delivery advisor for sales teams, recommending partners based on capability and deployment needs.
• Track ecosystem trends, identify gaps in expertise or coverage, and provide enablement and recruitment recommendations.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Alliances, Sales, and Enablement to maintain delivery quality and drive post-sales adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise software delivery, professional services, or partner success
• Experience with system integrators, service delivery partners, and enterprise software implementations
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, SaaS deployment models, and partner ecosystems
• Ability to guide partners through complex implementations and evaluate capabilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with programming languages (.NET, JavaScript, Python, Java)
• Knowledge of open-source tools, load balancers, reverse proxies, Web Access Management (F5, Oracle, NGINX)
• Experience with AI GPTs
