Senior Implementation Manager

Salary: $105,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex implementations for large enterprise customers and expansion projects across multiple workstreams.
• Build and manage project plans, governance, risks, dependencies, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery, planning, enablement sessions to define scope, requirements, and rollout sequencing.
• Act as primary lead building relationships with executives, project leads, and technical teams while driving decisions and alignment.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align on goals, demonstrate ROI, and maintain commercial discipline.
• Mentor team members, contribute to methodology improvements, and share customer feedback for product and process evolution.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in SaaS implementation, professional services, consulting, or project/program management with external stakeholders
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex customer implementations in fast-paced environments
• Strong project/program management skills including planning, facilitation, risk management, and executive communication
• Experience with enterprise customers, multi-stakeholder groups, technical dependencies like APIs, integrations, data migration
• Technical fluency in APIs, webhooks, SSO, UAT, system configuration
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or equivalent; PMP certification an asset

• Experience in financial services, enterprise software, or regulated industries
• Workshop facilitation, change management, training skills
