TL;DR

Senior Technical Engagement Manager (SaaS): Driving customer outcomes through technical and operational leadership of post-sales Professional Services delivery with an accent on platform migrations and frontend web implementations. Focus on defining success criteria, managing cross-functional delivery teams, and scoping technical pursuits for account expansion.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Fully remote for those outside commuting distance of SF, NY, London, or Berlin; otherwise, hybrid with anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

Salary: $178,000 - $260,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead post-sales delivery of Professional Services to ensure customer outcomes are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Define success criteria and delivery plans by working backwards from customer business and technical goals.
  • Manage cross-functional delivery teams and serve as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Partner with account teams to identify, scope, and estimate technical pursuits and migration programs for account expansion.
  • Develop tailored project proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with customer needs.
  • Contribute to the maturity of Professional Services by defining best practices, templates, and new service offerings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, technical delivery, or customer-facing roles.
  • Expertise in platform migrations, frontend web implementations, or AI business process transformation.
  • Strong understanding of modern web architectures, agentic systems, and frontend frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading post-sales delivery engagements and account expansion efforts.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Vercel’s platform or similar edge computing and frontend cloud platforms.
  • Background in software development or engineering.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana.
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers or those in regulated industries.
