What you will do
- Manage the daily publishing calendar for news, seasonal content, and high-utility "smart serviceable" guides.
- Execute a diverse content mix including trend-driven stories, reviews, and evergreen guides.
- Implement AI-driven efficiencies for research synthesis, fact-checking, and operational tasks.
- Provide senior-level editorial validation to maintain 's standards for accuracy, tone, and authority.
- Manage and mentor a network of freelance contributors to ensure high-quality original reporting.
- Collaborate with SEO, audience development, video, and social teams to maximize distribution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of editorial experience in travel journalism with deep knowledge of industry trends.
- Proven ability to grow audience engagement and revenue in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in SEO strategies, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) and prompt engineering.
- Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k and US-specific benefits).

- Background in travel commerce or affiliate revenue optimization.
