What you will do

• Manage the daily publishing calendar for news, seasonal content, and high-utility "smart serviceable" guides.
• Execute a diverse content mix including trend-driven stories, reviews, and evergreen guides.
• Implement AI-driven efficiencies for research synthesis, fact-checking, and operational tasks.
• Provide senior-level editorial validation to maintain hirify.global's standards for accuracy, tone, and authority.
• Manage and mentor a network of freelance contributors to ensure high-quality original reporting.
• Collaborate with SEO, audience development, video, and social teams to maximize distribution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of editorial experience in travel journalism with deep knowledge of industry trends.
• Proven ability to grow audience engagement and revenue in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in SEO strategies, analytics tools, and content management systems.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) and prompt engineering.
