What you will do

• Review and edit vehicle listings before publication to ensure absolute accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
• Cross-check listing details against photos, VIN decoders, and supporting documentation to identify inconsistencies.
• Manage, train, and mentor a small team of contract editors, providing feedback to maintain high quality.
• Develop and maintain listing style guidelines and editorial standards in partnership with leadership.
• Optimize editing workflows and quality control processes, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve internal tools used in the listing process.

Requirements

• Authorized to work within the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Deep passion for enthusiast cars and automotive culture.
• Proven experience in proofreading, copy editing, or technical quality control of written content.
• Strong ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in both text and images.
• Experience managing or mentoring small teams.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
