What you will do

• Define and establish the brand personality and tone of voice from the ground up.
• Overhaul existing customer communications including email sequences, SMS, and in-app tooltips.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Growth teams to translate user pain points into empathetic copy.
• Engage with user communities on platforms like Reddit to build brand trust.
• Develop lifecycle campaigns that shift messaging from functional to value-additive.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative marketing with a strong focus on copywriting.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Proven track record in organic growth channels including email, SMS, and social media.
• Experience working with consumer-facing brands.
• Ability to translate complex, dry topics into engaging and accessible human language.
• Portfolio showcasing both writing and creative craft.
