What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including data requirements gathering and technical platform configuration.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for new customers deploying or expanding hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate with government officials to simplify, enhance, and automate existing business processes.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data environments across various customer verticals.
  • Gather customer feedback and feature requests to inform product discussions with the R&D team.
  • Provide training and mentorship to fellow team members and customer administrators.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Chicago, IL for on-site work.
  • 2+ years of experience in the public sector (e.g., Procurement, Budgeting, Finance, or Asset Management).
  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation consulting or equivalent client-facing technical work.
  • Strong expertise in analyzing large volumes of financial data and understanding governmental practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookup, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Proven ability to conduct software training and provide effective technical recommendations.
