Salary: $96,500 - $151,000

What you will do

• Lead enterprise customers through the successful implementation and onboarding of the hirify.global platform.
• Design customer-facing artifacts including data schemas, migration guides, and MarTech architecture diagrams.
• Manage internal resources, customer stakeholders, and third parties to ensure on-time project completion.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on pre-sale scoping, RFP responses, and process presentations.
• Advocate for customer product needs internally to influence the product roadmap.
• Travel to onsite meetings to build relationships and gain face-time with key customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering complex MarTech implementation consulting to large enterprise customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a comparable field.
• Strong understanding of how data flows between systems within a technical stack.
• Proven proficiency in project management, strategic thinking, and customer facilitation.
• Ability to travel for onsite customer visits.
