What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementations for global insurance carriers as the primary project manager and client contact.
- Guide customers through SaaS product configurations using a consultative approach to solve specific business pain points.
- Develop and manage implementation plans, including onboarding, training, and launch milestones.
- Collaborate with technical support to lead integration and configuration discussions.
- Analyze customer metrics to identify opportunities for automation and post-launch optimization.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and grow the software business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in customer-facing, project, or client management roles.
- Must reside in one of the following US states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

- Strong understanding of business strategy and its impact on operating models.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
