TL;DR

Customer Success Executive, Forward Deployed (AI): Implementing and operationalizing generative AI solutions within healthcare systems with an accent on post-sale execution and clinical adoption. Focus on aligning AI tools with nursing workflows and driving measurable patient care outcomes.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Role requires minimum 80% travel and weekly onsite presence at client locations.

Compensation: $125,000 – $180,000 (Total)

What you will do

  • Serve as a forward-deployed implementation lead, spending multiple days per week onsite at assigned client locations.
  • Own post-sale delivery, including workflow discovery, solution configuration, and rollout across nursing and clinical operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff, operational leaders, and IT teams as a trusted execution partner.
  • Train nursing teams and healthcare staff on the effective use of AI solutions to ensure sustained adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve bedside care and healthcare operations using AI tools.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 5+ years of health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
  • Proven experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a client-embedded role within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Must satisfy client-specific credentialing, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations.

Nice to have

  • Experience deploying or scaling AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS in healthcare settings.
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare compliance standards.
  • Background in healthcare consulting or system-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Experience presenting implementation outcomes at conferences or executive forums.
