Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration

What you will do

• Handle trade matching, booking, and settlement reconciliation for digital assets.
• Manage counterparty onboarding and maintain operational relationships.
• Perform real-time and T+1 reconciliations to ensure accurate record keeping and trading positions.
• Prepare complete and accurate trade, transaction, and market-making obligation reports.
• Develop new operational tools and draft data requirements for current and new business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Trading, Business Development, IT, and Compliance to solve problems and optimize processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Financial Operations.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Working or advanced knowledge of Python and SQL.
• SIE certification is required.
• Must be based in New York.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to assess complex situations quickly under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in Digital Assets.
• Series 7 certification.
