What you will do

• Monitor algorithmic trading and portfolios to ensure adherence to risk and trading limits.
• Triage system outages, order problems, and investigate signs of irregular activity.
• Guide execution of trading, rolls, and hedging during Asian market hours (5:30 pm – 2:30 am ET).
• Prepare for and respond to market events, corporate actions, and regulatory changes.
• Design and develop internal tools, dashboards, and automation to enhance operational capabilities.
• Support post-trade activities including clearing and accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

• Must be able to work hybrid from the New York City office (1 day/week).
• 3–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional troubleshooting ability in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for financial markets, asset classes, and market structure.
• Technical proficiency in areas such as Python, SQL, Java, C#, or Unix/Linux.
