What you will do

• Lead a global team responsible for executing spot, lending, and derivatives operations.
• Reconcile and monitor the activity of different digital assets across both internal ledgers and external systems.
• Perform cash positioning and inventory management for various product flows.
• Serve as the key liaison between operational teams and engineering/product teams.
• Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure timely provision of accurate trade and settlement data.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience supporting post trade activities of institutional clients in both traditional asset classes and crypto assets.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility.
• Experience creating end-to-end trade operations processes.
• A track record of assembling and leading teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in Python and SQL.
• Experience with and understanding of crypto-native institutions.
