What you will do

• Monitor and manage non-linear financial operations, including treasury controls, lifecycle events, and settlement processes.
• Collaborate with product, trading, risk, and finance teams to ensure funding optimization and seamless execution.
• Develop and enhance automation tools for risk monitoring, P&L attribution, and reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve cash reconciliation breaks and settlement issues.
• Implement robust operational workflows to support product scaling and market expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial operations, specifically in treasury, compliance, or reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of cash and liquidity management operations.
• Experience working with multiple banking partners, payment gateways, and processors.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Knowledge of DeFi products and protocols.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
