What you will do
- Identify and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies, ensuring proactive monitoring of order flow.
- Provide key external client support and manage trading/exchange-related disputes.
- Collaborate with Custody Operations, Technology Support, and Relationship Managers to meet client needs.
- Drive overall client satisfaction and share best practices within the FDAS team.
- Contribute to projects as an individual or as a project lead.
- Maintain operational integrity within a structured procedure and controls environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in trade and post-trade execution support.
- In-depth knowledge of the front-to-back trade lifecycle.
- Strong attention to detail and experience reviewing others' work.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience working within a procedure and controls operational environment, familiar with audit processes.
- Deep knowledge of institutional clients and accounts (e.g., hedge funds).
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft PC software applications including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
