What you will do

• Monitor internal and external order executions to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and optimal customer outcomes.
• Analyze trading activity across 17,000+ instruments including stocks, ETFs, futures, and forex.
• Ensure accurate product pricing and monitor overall system performance.
• Produce effective KPIs and conduct ongoing Best Execution monitoring for internal committees.
• Identify system parameter optimizations to drive execution quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business specifications for trading and risk tools.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets and knowledge of the online retail brokerage industry.
• Minimum 2:1 degree in a scientific or mathematical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Economics).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a shift rotation environment including night shifts.
• Comprehensive understanding of market practices and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience in a trading role, preferably with a focus on equities.
• Fundamental understanding of the CFD derivatives market.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL or Python.
