What you will do

• Lead North America commercial strategy and annual planning for Dungeons & Dragons.
• Set and achieve annual revenue and margin targets in partnership with Sales.
• Identify and size growth opportunities in underpenetrated channels or emerging retailers.
• Define retail visibility and product positioning through trade marketing strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches and resolve inventory or product transition blockers.
• Monitor performance via scorecards and seasonal reviews to optimize strategies.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in commercial strategy, category management, or business planning.
• Background in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, games, or entertainment.
• Strong analytical and financial skills for data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in channel strategies, pricing, promotion, and retail calendar planning.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
