Location: Remote - United States only
Salary: $261,500 - $280,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Own a large portfolio of existing customers, accountable for retaining and growing recurring revenue through adoption to scale.
- Build trusted relationships and deep understanding of customer objectives to proactively identify expansion opportunities.
- Drive account planning and execution, aligning solutions to customer goals for maximum value extraction.
- Lead commercial conversations on renewals, pricing, and expansions within your install base.
- Monitor account health, usage, and pipeline to mitigate risks and drive predictable revenue via retention and re-engagement.
- Use AI and automation to prioritize high-impact accounts and shape scalable sales playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales or account management with ownership of renewals and expansion revenue
- Proven success in complex, consultative enterprise sales into matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong collaboration with Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Comfort in high-growth, dynamic environments managing high-volume accounts with prioritization
- Strong commercial acumen to own revenue targets across deal sizes
- Effective communication with business and technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS, APIs, or developer-focused products
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based models
- Background in eCommerce or digital experience platforms
