What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements.
• Optimize Salesforce workflows, automation, validation rules, and page layouts to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain the Salesforce product catalog, bundles, pricing, and related supporting documentation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for C-suite executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT departments to align system processes with business needs.
• Oversee account updates, client verification, and the accuracy of contract tracking in Salesforce.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, contract management, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, specifically in reporting, dashboards, and process automation.
• Proven experience in reviewing, editing, and negotiating contracts.
• Familiarity with DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work full-time according to Eastern Time (ET).
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field (preferred).
