What you will do

• Manage core Salesforce administration including user provisioning, permissions, and security controls.
• Configure standard and custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Build and optimize Flows, workflow rules, and automation processes.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau for executive leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy and hygiene while troubleshooting reporting and data-related issues.
• Partner with U.S.-based sales operations to identify process gaps and streamline reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in reporting and dashboards.
• Must be amenable to a night shift (U.S. hours).
• Must reside in Metro Manila or nearby provinces.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools.
• Experience with LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot.
