• Lead AI transformation programs from initial use case to company-wide rollout, managing stakeholders and driving adoption.
• Generate and convert pipeline opportunities into enterprise deals, supporting pre-sales and key account expansion.
• Advance hirify.global's voice in enterprise AI transformation through thought leadership and hands-on perspectives.
• Evolve methodologies, tools, and frameworks to keep the AI transformation offering state-of-the-art.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a fast-paced, can-do culture.

Requirements

• Deep domain and consulting experience in AI transformation.
• Experience in creating AI agents, designing LLM-powered workflows, and prototyping solutions.
• Comfortable leading engagements with both mid-sized and large enterprises.
• Strong presence and point of view to represent hirify.global externally.
• Ability to educate, challenge, and influence stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
