What you will do

• Refine and systematize AI Impact Analysis framework, developing tools, templates, benchmarks, and playbooks.
• Lead end-to-end client engagements, translating AI use cases into measurable value and presenting to C-suite.
• Develop phased, execution-ready AI roadmaps grounded in financial impact.
• Lead technical teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, establishing quality standards.
• Support business development, proposals, and positioning Liberty as AI value creation partner.

Requirements

• 6–10 years experience in strategy consulting (Senior Manager/Principal), AI/digital transformation leadership, or product/AI strategy at high-growth tech company.
• Experience with Private Equity firms or portfolio companies strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of AI use cases including Generative AI, data infrastructure, and implementation realities.
• Strong structured thinking, connecting AI to EBITDA/valuation, financial modeling.
• Proven leadership of technical teams, executive communication, high ownership.
