What you will do

  • Support business development by reviewing RFPs, assessing client needs, iterating solutions, and developing proposals.
  • Maintain project goals for state early childhood systems, including compliance, legislative plans, budgets, and policy statements.
  • Serve as subject matter expert or project manager, handling client relationships, scope, and team implementation.
  • Develop relationships with early childhood leaders to build collaborative networks.
  • Contribute to thought leadership via blogs, white papers, and conferences on early childhood policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consulting experience in early childhood or education, or relevant teaching/administration.
  • Knowledge and experience with early childhood data and technologies like accountability systems.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree, preferably in Early Childhood, Education, Policy, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience creating and supporting large-scale strategic initiatives.
