What you will do

• Refine and systematize AI Impact Analysis framework, develop tools for opportunity assessment, maturity diagnostics, value modeling, and roadmaps.
• Lead client engagements end-to-end, translate AI use cases into measurable business value, present to C-suite and PE teams.
• Lead technical AI teams including data scientists and engineers, establish quality standards and governance.
• Support business development, proposals, and position Liberty as AI value creation partner for PE firms.
• Scale the practice to own delivery model, lead growing team, and trajectory to Managing Director/Partner.

Requirements

• Location: Chicago, IL, USA
• 6–10 years in strategy consulting (Senior Manager/Principal), AI/digital transformation leadership, or product/AI strategy at high-growth tech company.
• Experience with Private Equity firms or portfolio companies strongly preferred; leading teams and complex initiatives.
• Strong structured thinking, connect AI to EBITDA/valuation; deep AI use cases including Generative AI, data infrastructure knowledge.
• Proven technical team leadership, executive communication, high ownership, entrepreneurial mindset.

• Experience working directly with Private Equity firms or portfolio companies.
