What you will do

• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships by delivering bespoke technology and digital advice.
• Analyze business operations to identify performance gaps and recommend strategic improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with internal teams to generate actionable insights.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables, including operational and organizational restructuring plans.
• Support the creation of industry-specific service offerings and capability development.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively on complex consulting projects.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of technology or management consulting experience.
• Must hold unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification.
• Ability to travel interstate for business as required.
