Vp Sales - Enterprise (Us): Expanding 's footprint in the Enterprise market across the United States by leading the sales strategy and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets with an accent on implementing rigorous sales methodologies and penetrating the Fortune 1000. Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $4,200,000 - $500,000

What you will do
- Shift the US sales motion from a series of deals to a programmatic engine.
- Design and execute a multi-year strategy to penetrate the Fortune 1000.
- Establish a "best-in-class" cadence for forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.
- Recruit "A-Player" Enterprise AEs and leaders.
- Act as the executive sponsor for our largest opportunities, navigating complex procurement cycles and building "C-suite" density within our target accounts.
- Work as a peer to Product and Marketing to ensure the US market's feedback is industrialized into our roadmap and demand generation engines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Enterprise market, with a network of industry contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
