What you’ll do:
— Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers across the region
— Handle employee lifecycle topics including policies, processes, and case management
— Partner with stakeholders to resolve HR queries efficiently
— Support AI-enabled HR service delivery and process optimization
— Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
— Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations
— Deliver high-quality employee experience through responsive HR support

— Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
— Confidence handling HR policies, employee queries, and case resolution
— Process improvement mindset with comfort using HR technology / AI tools
— Experience in international or matrix environments is a plus
