What you will do

• Own and evolve the global Leave of Absence (LOA) strategy and governance framework across U.S., EMEA, and APAC.
• Serve as the primary SME for global LOA programs, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day Poland benefits programs, conducting benchmarking and market analysis for competitive positioning.
• Drive vendor performance management to ensure effective service delivery and data integrity.
• Support global benefits renewals, audits, and M&A due diligence and integration activities.
• Partner with the Benefits team to design and implement global wellness and wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, with deep expertise in U.S. LOA programs.
• Experience with international benefits administration and strong knowledge of global compliance.
• Ability to collaborate across global time zones.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
