What you will do

• Coordinate technical tasks and dependencies across Data, Engineering, R&D, and other teams.
• Translate customer requirements into Jira tickets and maintain progress visibility.
• Manage launch, configuration, and customization of data products like Analytics Objects.
• Engage in customer meetings, document requirements, and communicate updates and risks.
• Own Jira boards, task grooming, reporting, and risk/issue management.
• Support testing, validation, documentation, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in SaaS technical coordination, support, or data operations
• Working knowledge of data platforms (Airflow, BigQuery, Looker or similar)
• Strong Jira proficiency for workflow and ticket management
• Foundational understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, data pipelines, ETL
• Experience with Data teams, R&D, technical SMEs, and complex dependencies
• AI fluency: use AI tools daily with judgment and accountability
