Salary: $105,000–$129,000 base + performance bonus.

What you will do
- Ensure successful deployment of vendor code to FCC environments, including QA, UAT, and production sign-off.
- Coordinate with business units for testing resources, environment setup, and integration validation.
- Maintain documentation matrices for audit and reference purposes.
- Manage change protocols, special projects, and technical support inquiries.
- Act as liaison between vendors, FCC teams, and clients for SDLC planning and issue resolution.
- Drive client experience through process improvements and superior service delivery.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada required.
- Minimum 3+ years software delivery experience in SDLC roles (Project Manager, BA, Developer, or QA lead).
- Solid knowledge of brokerage business, post-trade/mid/back office applications.
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- College degree or equivalent; CSC (Canadian Securities Course) required or equivalent experience.
- MS Office proficiency; ability to manage conflicts and build relationships.
Nice to have
- 2+ years with Broadridge or similar brokerage solutions (Dataphile, Arrow, IRESS).
- Computer Science degree, PMP designation.
