Salary: $100,000–$130,000

What you will do
- Lead the creation, management, and execution of US influencer paid campaigns and unpaid activations across various social platforms.
- Develop and execute US editorial strategies to secure earned features, product placements, and brand storytelling moments.
- Manage external agencies for influencer initiatives, including content briefings and contract negotiations.
- Oversee PR and influencer reporting and analysis using tools like Traackr and DMR to optimize brand strategies.
- Manage brand budgets, purchase orders, and product forecasts using SAP/Ariba.
- Collaborate with Global Influencer Marketing and cross-functional teams to support 360° communications.
Requirements
- 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Communications or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, or Event Planning, particularly in the makeup space.
- Must be based in or near NYC.
- Proven experience in event management and executing influencer campaigns.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a deep interest in the beauty industry.
Nice to have
- Experience with prestige/luxury makeup and fragrance brands.
- Existing relationships with beauty editors, influencers, and agents.
- Genuine interest in Marc Jacobs Fragrances and Beauty aesthetics and consumer communities.
