TL;DR

Manager, Talent Partnerships (Influencer Marketing): Owning the identification, engagement, and activation of top-tier creator talent for brand campaigns with an accent on building a best-in-class talent ecosystem and leveraging agency relationships. Focus on scaling sourcing workflows, negotiating high-value partnerships, and integrating AI to increase operational efficiency.

Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid in Boston, MA or Remote)

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and refine the company's strategic point of view on creator talent across platforms and cultural trends.
  • Source, negotiate, and secure high-tier creator talent, ensuring agreements meet brand safety and compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain a differentiated network of creators, agents, and managers to unlock priority access.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Client Services, and Sales to embed talent as a core lever in programs.
  • Optimize and scale talent sourcing workflows and trend-identification processes.
  • Act as the internal expert on creator economics and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management (agency background preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile influencer and celebrity relationships.
  • Strong existing network of creator, agent, and manager relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms, creator economics, and FTC guidelines.
  • Experience implementing AI and workflow tools to increase operational efficiencies.
  • Must be located in the United States.
