What you will do

• Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers across key platforms
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee campaign timelines end-to-end
• Partner with creators to produce authentic, platform-native content
• Track performance metrics and optimize partnerships based on engagement, reach, and conversions

Requirements

• 5+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships, or social media in consumer or tech environments
• Proven track record managing successful campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong knowledge of creator ecosystems, platform trends, and short-form content performance
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing influencer relationships
• Analytical skills to evaluate campaigns and apply insights
• Proactive, driven mindset as a builder and executor
