What you will do
- Drive buyer acquisition and generate demand for priority categories through strategic campaigns and events.
- Plan and execute end-to-end on-platform events, product releases, and community moments.
- Manage a portfolio of influencers, acting as the DRI for relationship management and content ideation.
- Collaborate with social and paid creative teams to develop tentpole campaigns.
- Analyze and iterate on the effectiveness of category marketing initiatives using KPIs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing experience in fast-paced environments (startups or marketplaces preferred).
- Strong project management skills for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Data-driven approach with experience tracking KPIs and monitoring program success.
- Ability to work flexibly with limited guidance in a scrappy startup environment.
- Must be based in New York, NY.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with SQL, Hex, or Sigma for data analytics.
- Passion for creator communities and online marketplaces.
