What you will do

• Collaborate with Brand and agency teams to optimize digital media efforts and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Define strategic and technical campaign frameworks, aligning communication objectives with full-funnel KPIs and audience architecture.
• Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns in real-time using GMP, DV360, Meta, and Google Ads.
• Conduct deep-dive performance analysis, including incrementality and attribution, to improve media efficiency.
• Steer industry best practices and explore cutting-edge AdTech/MarTech developments to enhance communication strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Digital Communication, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in digital media within an agency or FMCG environment.
• Hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Deep expertise in programmatic buying, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and attribution models.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or able to work from Darmstadt, Germany.
