What you will do

• Support international clients in steering marketing budgets effectively.
• Analyze marketing performance across web, app, media, CRM, social, and SEO/GEO channels.
• Develop and apply modern measurement approaches, including marketing mix modeling and experiments.
• Translate complex analyses into clear storylines for stakeholders and management.
• Provide advisory support on budget allocation and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with data scientists on models, automation, and AI use cases.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, data science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in consulting, analytics, marketing, or strategy.
• Strong foundation in digital or marketing analytics.
• Strong data storytelling skills.
• Structured, analytical mindset with solid business understanding.
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage.

Nice to have

• First exposure to advanced measurement methods (e.g. MMM, experiments, incrementality).
