What you will do

• Manage the full product lifecycle for implants, instruments, biological products, and related literature.
• Conduct market research and competitive product analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans, including pricing strategies and tactical initiatives.
• Lead product training program development and delivery.
• Support field sales through training, field visits, and timely communication of product updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with leading orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in marketing/product management in the orthopedic joint reconstruction field.
• Organizational & interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of windows-based office productivity tools.
• Ability to meet the medical requirements to gain entry into individual hospitals and hospital systems.
• Ability to travel 30-40% of job.
