Location: Los Angeles, California (must live in area, minimum 75% time in the field)

Compensation: Base Salary $75,000+, OTE $185,000+ (USD)

What you will do

  • Lead regional sales team to achieve and exceed quotas through coaching, feedback, and field support.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and sales planning sessions.
  • Prospect clients, close strategic deals, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track team activity, and ensure sales process execution.
  • Collaborate on recruiting top talent and provide insights to leadership.
  • Maintain CRM records and stay updated on payments industry developments.

Requirements

  • Live in Los Angeles, California area and be in the field minimum 75% of the time.
  • 18+ years old; pass drug screening by 60th day.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, networking, and cold-calling skills.
  • Training and coaching experience; incentive-driven sales leadership.
  • Professional demeanor, high urgency, and payments industry knowledge preferred.
  • 3+ years sales and leadership experience (preferred); high school diploma/GED (preferred).
