What you will do
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and onboarding institutional clients through research, outreach, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, investment managers, and fund ecosystem partners.
- Manage client portfolios, executing FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management while upselling products.
- Analyze competition to position ’s solutions effectively.
- Deliver on KPIs including new/repeat revenues, churn reduction, upselling, and wallet-share growth.
- Conduct client meetings, presenting proposals and updates confidently.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory
- Experience in selling FX products to institutional clients (mandatory)
- Strong financial services experience in sales or relationship management.
- Experience in FX institution, commercial bank, or selling financial instruments to institutions.
- Solid understanding of compliance requirements.
- Proven record in new business opportunities, upselling, cross-selling.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and technical analysis skills.
