What you will do
- Manage sales-qualified deals and execute the sales cycle for the Performance functionality.
- Drive account development through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining strong existing customer relationships.
- Guide prospective clients through the decision-making process from initial contact to closing.
- Develop effective account strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives using consultative selling techniques.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B Sales within a SaaS or digital-transformation environment.
- Native level of English is required.
- Hunter and Farmer mentality with a high degree of persistence and proactivity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize quickly with clients.
- Full ownership of all assigned activities and projects.
Nice to have
- More than 2 years of experience in sales.
- Experience building a Business Unit or team from scratch.
- Proficiency in full-cycle B2B sales.
- Previous experience working in the SMB market.
