What you will do

  • Manage client communication throughout the full transaction lifecycle, ensuring clarity and high service level
  • Structure and support cross-border payment flows, including FX and international settlements
  • Design and optimize payment routing and execution models based on transaction specifics
  • Assess deal feasibility considering banking partners, regulations, and internal standards
  • Coordinate execution across clients, internal teams, banks, PSPs, and external partners
  • Ensure transparency and control over fund flows in all transaction stages

Requirements

  • Fluent in Russian and English (minimum B2+ level)
  • 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, FX, or international settlements
  • Hands-on experience with cross-border payment operations and transaction execution
  • Strong understanding of global payment infrastructure (SWIFT, SEPA, local rails, correspondent banking)
  • Solid knowledge of fund flow logic, settlement lifecycle, and AML/KYC/KYB requirements
