Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 fixed + variable

What you will do

  • Grow ARR by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within a customer portfolio.
  • Develop and execute account management strategies and business cases for growth.
  • Maintain and expand long-term relationships with enterprise-level B2B travel tech clients.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, handle contract renewals, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to align product capabilities with client needs.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and collaborate with Marketing on case studies.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker
  • Proven experience managing B2B travel tech accounts at an enterprise or group level.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, influencing, and consultative sales.
  • Ability to use metrics to drive performance improvements and account growth.
  • Experience building relationships with a global customer base.
