Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 fixed + variable

What you will do
- Grow ARR by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within a customer portfolio.
- Develop and execute account management strategies and business cases for growth.
- Maintain and expand long-term relationships with enterprise-level B2B travel tech clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals, handle contract renewals, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to align product capabilities with client needs.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and collaborate with Marketing on case studies.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker
- Proven experience managing B2B travel tech accounts at an enterprise or group level.
- Strong skills in negotiation, influencing, and consultative sales.
- Ability to use metrics to drive performance improvements and account growth.
- Experience building relationships with a global customer base.
