What you will do
- Own senior partner technical relationships and act as primary technical accountability point.
- Lead complex presales efforts including discovery, validation, risk management, and solution strategy for Azure and Modern Work.
- Design, validate, and guide architectures across compute, security, networking, identity, and Microsoft 365.
- Develop, review, and approve Statements of Work ensuring scope clarity and feasibility.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Delivery, and Architecture teams.
- Mentor Sales Engineers through guidance and enablement without direct execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years in engineering, architecture, or sales engineering roles with hands-on or design-level Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven success as senior technical advisor with strong business judgment.
- Microsoft certifications preferred: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Security Engineer Associate, or M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert (or willingness to achieve).
- Equivalent 6–8+ years designing/validating Azure and Modern Work architectures.
- Knowledge of Azure platform, Modern Work technologies, presales lifecycle, Cloud Adoption Framework, and Well-Architected Framework.
