TL;DR

Manager, Sales Development Representative (IT Networking/Security): Managing and developing a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve sales targets and expand into existing accounts. Focus on improving processes, efficiency, and productivity within the sales development team.

Location: Dallas, TX, must be based in the US

Salary: $143,000-$180,000

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives.
  • Onboard new hires to tools and processes.
  • Motivate the BDR team through creative incentives.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Manage SFDC reporting, updating dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in sales, channel management, and marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in IT networking and/or security, managing or acting as a team lead within an inside sales organization.
  • Ability to analyze and manage Business Development activities using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other relevant software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales development best practices and pipeline building process.
  • Strong Microsoft Suite Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication and collaboration skills.
  • SFDC/CRM experience a plus.
