Enterprise Sales Executive (SaaS/HRtech): Driving growth and securing new large market accounts (2,000+ employees) for cloud-based benefits software with an accent on consultative selling and C-level engagement. Location: Remote (Must be based in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Arkansas, or Missouri)
Salary: $150,000 - $165,000

What you will do
- Identify and secure new large market accounts (2,000+ employees) within a defined geography.
- Utilize consultative and Challenger selling skills to differentiate the product suite for large clients.
- Manage relationships with HR, VP, and C-level executives.
- Handle sales forecasting, account resource allocation, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements for million-dollar sales.
- Maintain SF.com as the primary system of record.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required (MBA preferred).
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Software Sales (SaaS) and/or HR/Benefits Administration sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
- Must be based in one of the specified US states: LA, OK, MS, AR, or MO.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
