What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions focused on substance abuse recovery.
• Create and update individualized treatment plans and maintain thorough documentation.
• Manage patient intake, readmission procedures, and follow-up support.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate patient care with community providers.
• Offer Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) services.
• Participate in professional development training and support community outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Must hold a human services-related degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Must hold valid counseling credentials (CRADC, PLPC, LPC, or LCSW) per state regulations.
• Strong understanding of human behavior and the rehabilitation process for addiction.
• Ability to handle confidential matters and respond effectively in high-stress situations.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kansas City, MO.
