What you will do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including coaches and psychiatrists.
• Facilitate CBT-based skills groups for parents and caregivers based on the company curriculum.
• Provide professional feedback on program curricula and the application of treatment technology.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and risk management awareness.

Requirements

• Provisional or Associate licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or a Ph.D./PsyD in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Graduate-level clinical internship with dedicated therapy training.
• Background working with children and adolescents, specifically with anxiety and related disorders.
• Must be based in the United States to meet licensure and operational requirements.
• Proficiency with computer skills and openness to adopting new clinical technologies.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Specific experience and training in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT.
