What you will do
- Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families.
- Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning and track outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including coaches and psychiatrists.
- Facilitate CBT-based skills groups for parents and caregivers based on the company curriculum.
- Provide professional feedback on program curricula and the application of treatment technology.
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and risk management awareness.
Requirements
- Provisional or Associate licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or a Ph.D./PsyD in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Graduate-level clinical internship with dedicated therapy training.
- Background working with children and adolescents, specifically with anxiety and related disorders.
- Must be based in the United States to meet licensure and operational requirements.
- Proficiency with computer skills and openness to adopting new clinical technologies.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Specific experience and training in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT.
